Welcome to DistributorsVote, a new, interactive tool that provides information to HDMA members on upcoming local and national elections. The information provided is non-partisan and provides direct links to the candidates' web sites and contact information.

As you may know, the balance of power in the U.S. Senate and House, as well as many state legislatures, is at stake this year, making it all the more important to learn about the candidates and to vote. Through this site, you can find out about voter registration, learn more about the candidates running for election in your area, locate your local polling place, and learn how to obtain an absentee ballot by clicking "Learn More" at the left.

It is critical to the healthcare distribution industry's continued legislative success that we work to elect members of Congress who support the interests of our industry on behalf of patient safety and supply chain integrity. Your participation could make the difference in key federal and state races. I encourage each of you to be as involved as you can on Election Day by:

Registering to vote and encouraging your family, friends and employees to do the same;

Learning where candidates stand on issues that are important to you and the healthcare distribution industry; and

Going to the polls on November 7th to cast your vote.

To participate, you will be asked to register once and provide your home location. This allows DistributorsVote to correctly match you with your elected officials and help you with voter registration. You can also learn about candidates' positions on key issues that affect your customers, your business and your future.
